My 2017 landscape calendars are now available to purchase! This year I have two different calendars, both professionally produced by Allan & Bertram.
My "View" calendar is slightly larger than last year's "Landscape" calendar that I produced myself, but smaller than my new "Epic" calendar. It measures 56 X 40cm and includes landscape images from around the UK including locations such as Durdle Door in Dorset, Bamburgh Castle in Northumberland, Wensleydale in North Yorkshire and the Seven Sisters in East Sussex. It is available for £14.95 including P&P to a UK address (£21.95 Europe/£27.95 outside Europe).
If you would like to buy more than one copy please email for further details.
All calendars are shipped flat in robust cardboard packaging.
I will be happy to sign the cover of the calendar if you wish - please ask when ordering.
My first book was published by David and Charles in May 2005. It has proved very popular and has been reprinted twice in English and also in four other languages. This easy reference guide to landscape photography is packed with practical advice and photographs that will help to inspire photographers of all levels. The book is made up of ten themed sections, including Capturing Atmosphere, The Seasons and Creative Landscape photography. Each section includes ten "ways" that will help you to improve your skills as a landscape photographer. Each "way" is illustrated with an image and incorporates technical details of how the shot was taken and the thought process behind it. There are over 100 photographs in total. The book is suitable for beginners and more advanced photographers, whether shooting with film or digital cameras. This book is now out of print but the Kindle version is available from Amazon via the link below.
My second book was published by David and Charles in September 2009 and has received great reviews. It has been featured in Outdoor Photography, EOS Magazine, Photoshop Creative, Digital Camera and BBC Wildlife Magazine. This book follows roughly the same format as my first book on Landscape Photography, which has proved very successful and has been reprinted twice. There are over 120 photographs included in this new book and all show comprehensive technical details including camera, lens and exposure settings used. Each "way" is illustrated with an image and the text describes a particular technique or approach to aid your wildlife photography. There is also a detailed explanation of how each particular image was achieved. This book is now out of print but the Kindle version is available from Amazon via the link below.
